Password fatigue is the phenomenon where people are overwhelmed by the number of login credentials they have to remember.
An analysis by Dashlane showed that the average user in the US has more than 100 accounts registered across the web.
Applications urge users to create strong, non-guessable passwords. Experts recommend users use unique passwords for each platform.
The downside is that people will reuse passwords across applications, choose easily guessable passwords, or write them down in a document that isn't protected.
